Oops... I knew there was something!Yeah, it takes a few days for the small amount to be transferred into your bank account, and then you have to put in the code they give you... But it's simple enough. Although, I'm pretty positive that I could still use my PayPal account before I'd done the verification - it had a spending limit restriction placed on the account, but that's all! You should still be able to use yours, OR!

IV ooooh it works before you verify -- hmm is that for adding funds to the acccount and then spending them from the pay account I assume - I think direct paying from your bank account to the buyer needs verification I think I am going to go book hunting on there - I might find some sellers in the UK!! |

| Re: The Tea Room, Mk. IV Well, they switched us to a four day workweek this week. I have to work 10.5 hour days, or longer if I don't get my work done, but I get either a Thursday or Friday off every week. This Friday is my first day off under the new program. I'm looking forward to it. |

) before I'd done the verification, which slowly decreases as you purchase things. In the end I did the verification because I may buy something expensive one day. Perhaps. From an old e-mail I received from PayPal: "To help make your payments easier, PayPal recommends setting up bank funding. This way you can make payments from your bank account. PayPal will never debit your bank account without your authorisation. Each time you choose to make a PayPal payment that is funded by your bank account, PayPal will debit the amount of that payment from your bank account days later. It's safe and easy - no hidden costs and no monthly fees."

| www.sjswebdesign.co.uk | Re: The Tea Room, Mk. IV (I only have a Solo card. I'm not worthy of anything better. ![]() )I still think you should be able to buy stuff before completing the verification - the money comes straight off your card (be it Mastercard, Solo, or something else), which is like what regular shops on the internet do when you buy things. But PayPal prefer you to sign up your bank details too, in case you want to transfer money to them from youf bank. Plus, it's security for them; they have your details. |
