And I've said before, digital sacrifices quality and flexibility for convenience.

I hate it with a passion, but it has its uses.

Re: The Tea Room, Mk. IV

I realised yesterday that I need bigger lenses for my cameras. Even standing in the water yesterday I couldn't get as close as I needed to.

Re: The Tea Room, Mk. IV

Another picture? I'll await the grand unveiling.

I prefer digital simply for its simplicity. If I see a blurry picture, POOF! it's deleted. No paying for useless prints anymore.

Oop... CHoR while I take lappy upstairs.

Karn, I'm positive she will be here. This is a place of refuge from life. People come here to escape. She will be here shortly. If not today, then tomorrow.

OR, I wondered whether I should mention you and your lenses. But I see you've done it anyway!

Re: The Tea Room, Mk. IV

Nope my 400mm f6.3 preset has served me well for years. If you aren't so fussy, though, you can pick up a 500mm f8 Mirror lens fairly cheaply.

Re: The Tea Room, Mk. IV

Actually Wybe, the mirror lens would probably cost less and fit in a pocket.
