Re: The Tea Room, Mk. IV

Hello, SW! I've seen your avatar, but I can't remember if we've met! Nice to have you back!

OR - yup, I bought To Ride Hell's Chasm and The Curse of the Mistwraith.

I haven't read Canavan's econd trilogy. I've only read book one of the sorceress series... But once I've finished reading the novels I have (ha! That'll be a while then, what with this place and my editing), I'll look at the synopsis of her second trilogy.

Re: The Tea Room, Mk. IV

My old laptop was fully paid for. But then the screen hinge broke and I'd been thinking about upgrading anyway.

It's worth the money, though. So fast and so quiet! I love Toshibas.

Hi, Mir!

It's nice to see you all, but no, none of us have met. I wonder, do Nesacat, J.D., and Adasunshine still post often?

Re: The Tea Room, Mk. IV

You have a great friend if you got a computer for your birthday, Mir!

SW, yes! In fact, I got a PM off Ada just the other night (she posts less than everyone else, though).

Re: The Tea Room, Mk. IV

Hehe. My laptop was a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, I can't afford to pay for its repair.

Re: The Tea Room, Mk. IV

Yeah, my granddad (may he RIP) bought me my first laptop. He said he wanted me to be able to write my novel and take my mind off other things.

I'm very, very lucky. I love my family to pieces and they always go out of their way to help me. I don't know what I'd do without them.

Re: The Tea Room, Mk. IV

if you want something bad enough you can always find a way to get work (though a builders site was not really on my list!)
