Blog Entries: 6 | Re: The Tea Room, Mk. IV Have you still not figured out what Septimus actually does? He searches for the world's best example of whatever is requested and teleports it here. So if you ask for a cup of Earl Grey you get the world's best cup of Earl Grey. Obviously if you're not getting good tea then you're doing something wrong (which is more likely than the entire world making rubbish tea at the same time) Last edited by Harpo; 7th April 2008 at 10:58 AM. | Re: The Tea Room, Mk. IV ---(To Chris) Not only that, it hasn't been melted by Hoopy, dented by Mir, Leisha or the familiars belonging to Ace, Karn and Ursa, or (apparently) otherwise affected by all the goings-on in this room! Thank heaven for small favors, eh?!! ------(To Harpo) I'm good (and have been) with Septimus' features ( note my MANY requests for EG! ). I believe Chris is particular about his tea prep, however, so why not have a kettle? |

| Have brain, will travel | Re: The Tea Room, Mk. IV Kettle's don't last long around here, not with Lenny around. And I wouldn't do anything to Septimus (But it's true, pretty much everything else in the room, including ceiling, floors and walls, have been trashed by me at some point, but Septimus never has ) because he serves the tea and without tea, Hoopy would die! |

| Direwolf of the chrons | Re: The Tea Room, Mk. IV ooh my own pet dragon ![]() I think I will save this favour for more need times ![]() and now though we must start the kettle revolution! And we can start with the old kettle I dug up in the garden of all places -*presents an old battered kettle, which amazingly still has its lid, but it needs a darn good clean out!* |

| Re: The Tea Room, Mk. IV You weren't killed, OR. Whatever Pack was, it tricked you out of your body. (And given that it was you who were tricked, you are, in a sense, more to blame than Hoopy.) Afternoon, All. |

Blog Entries: 3 | Re: The Tea Room, Mk. IV *Lenny rushes in, a postcard held in his wings* ![]() She says "Hi!", guys. Found herself a nice beach yesterday, went surfing for a while, and was going to sleep under the stars. She's missing us, but she's going to carry on with her travels - apparently her next stop is some ancient ruins. *Lenny flips the postcard over and grins at the picture for a moment, before trotting over to the oil painting in the sofa's alcove. He slips the postcard into the frame and turns to face the room* Now then, what was this I heard about kettles? No! Don't worry, I can't let my fetish get the better of me for a few weeks yet - got nowhere to store 'em, have I? |
