I didn't accuse him of not having an agenda but of promising an agenda that promises the moon without having to pay for it and having no means for inacting it outside of wishful thinking. Even if I agreed with all his plans(a select few aren't inherently bad), I would still accuse him of being a typical politician and blowing smoke.
