i just finished the riftwar saga and i was wondering if anyone could let me know how pug married someone else?? what happened to katala? and how did jimmy get with gamina? please i would love summaries. i really loved katala and i really wish she had more scenes in the books. how did pug get with miranda?

Have you read Prince of the Blood? IIRC it answers both your questions - Katala got old, got ill and sadly died, Jimmy and Gamina met when Jimmy visits Stardock early in Prince of the Blood and it's 'love at first sight'.

It is nearly all explained in Prince of the Blood. As for meeting Miranda, he marries her...was it at the end of Rise of a Merchant Prince or after that? Sometime during the Serpentwar anyway

I agree with Cauldron 26. Katala was good even if she was a minor character. It's sad that gamina and jimmy die, they were really cool.

I never liked Katala much as a character. I just couldn't picture her well
