Red face Show us your instrument! ... Stop that, it's silly.

I couldn't find a similar thread anywhere in music! I'm shocked.
Ok, I was trying to think of a way to say something like "show us your guitar or other music playing thingy" without pushing aside people with great pictures of their kazoo or grand piano, but the title still sounds a bit dodgy. So I put a good old fashioned Monty Python quote in there, since they have always been the epitome of law and order

Allow me to present... my precious.

Oh come on... this means I've got to actually clean my Trumpet, now! I'd been putting it off until necessary and everything!

Trumpet, Guitar, Piano, and I might even drag out the Viledin and see if it's rotted away yet.

Look out for a double post!

Hehe, viledin. That what I call it too

Don't worry about cleaning, I've noticed that once you shrink a picture the dust becomes nigh invisible, and my 4th guitar is so dusty you can barely see it!

hehe, hope someone spends ages looking at the pictures now

I've never learned any Hendrix, I prefer improvised solos so I don't learn any existing ones note for note

I use the tiny 15W amp when I practice at home. That way the only complaints come from my wife
The Laney is for the bigger stuff, and the Zoom amp is just my backup.
I also have a Boss ME-50 pedalboard, and a DS-1 and DD-3 which aren't in the picture.

Not got a picture of it at the moment but will do soon, but I play an encore 12 string acoustic. Well I say play im still learning and it only has 6 strings till i can save enough to buy a new acoustic or electric guitar and amp.

12 strings are nice to play, I've tried a few and they sound fantastic for rhythm.

Re: Show us your instrument! ... Stop that, it's silly.

I'm still waiting for my new guitar to be bought. Well I need the money first. You might be waiting a while. I'm looking at a semi acoustic guitar with a mini amp. I know what I want, its in a music shop and I look at it every time I go passed. I only hope no one buys it.

Re: Show us your instrument! ... Stop that, it's silly.

The guitar on the left is an electro-acoustic Ibanez TCM-50, it's a great value guitar at £150 which is why I bought it I can't afford any more fancy guitars after buying that JS100 Maybe my wife will let me waste our resources on some other expensive frippery later on!
