hmm your going to need to go futher north for your snow Rose = not a flake the whole country over (I think).

drives in a zamboni fresh from preparing the stanley cup hockey rinks...

dumps large quantity of snow into thread... comes back with seven dumptrucks filled with snow cleared from the streets of montreal... the snow smells like bagels.. runs off... comes in with canadian forces avalanche crew, with all terrain vehicle filled with snow from the banff park ... runs back out comes in with dog sled and drops a mountain of glaciated snow from Nunavut upon thread..
stands back and brushes off hands, and looks... now that's snow! gets toboggan out and heads up hill side..
