Re: DRaGons' Hall

I'm serious, Maj....and ask Gilly not to reveal it, either. *stabs an apple from the bowl with Day, using the dagger to peel and eat it* Whatever that demon in the Basement did to me....

Re: DRaGons' Hall

Rosemary was unable to cure it, and mandrake didn't work. I think the only way to reverse it is to kill the creature that did it to me....that's why I've been sleeping in the Basement, hoping to catch it in action and destroy it.

Re: DRaGons' Hall

I just want to know what a demon's doing in the basement. The back door was locked for a reason.

Re: DRaGons' Hall

Maybe someone like the Oogy Boogy Man went in there and let in something.

Re: DRaGons' Hall

Hey, don't ask me! *sigh* My smithy's not doing too well...apparently I need some noncombat supplies in there....

Maybe someone unlocked the back door in there when they were there, thinking it was the way back out?

Re: DRaGons' Hall

Nobody's supposed to be able to do that. After the back door to Hell was opened by accident, we sealed it, making a non-aggression pact with Hell's rulers. A true demon has no right to be there. Most of the basement denizens aren't actually evil, just different. That's why most of us leave the place alone and let them get on with it.

Re: DRaGons' Hall

*continues to eat his apple* Then what of the Balrog and the Behemoth I killed? *shrugs* I'm starting to think I'm haunted by a succubus anyway, since this missing face thing happened to me in my sleep and Day didn't do anything about it....

Re: DRaGons' Hall

Oh, Night doesn't like fighting when I'm asleep. It's a little stubborn about that, actually....

Re: DRaGons' Hall

Because both are legends, products of the imagination rather than fact. It's where dark fantasists get their inspiration.
