Sooo, what's peoples view on the whole Manderly beheading Davos thing in AFFC? Seems obvious to me that it's a ruse to get his captured son back. I mean, White Harbour seemed pretty loyal to Robb, I'd think out of the two they'd probably chose Stannis over Tommen.
Something of note is that it's said that Davos will be a POV in A Dance with Dragons, which makes you assume that Stannis would send him off to find Danny, but I cant immagine Stannis consorting with her anyway. Plus, both books run parralel so his chapters could just be set before the news of his death in FFC
Yea I'm just firing off random thoughts here.
And yea, this has probably been discussed before :P
