| hi ho everybody. I have a great idea of reviving babylon 5. check this out. Q's son, Q, just wanting to do something for fun while his dad is away, transports babylon 5 and all its characters to the star trek universe. Having to adjust to this different universe of aliens and humans, we would have a new show.... STAR TREK: BABYLON 5 great idea, right?! |

| Re: Star Trek: Babylon 5 It's better than most of the plot lines Enterprise has had. And I'm all for the Q factor. But we'd have to be able to pick the Trek cast, from all the series combined, and make one, mixed, awesomely cool crew.

| The original Babylon 5 crew would remain the same with the original actors. That would be the best way. Love to see how Sheridan, Ivanova & the other Earthforce people adjust to becoming Starfleet people and how the aliens cope with none of their own kind in the Star Trek universe. |

![]() Borg would be unable to assimilate organic technology; the Minbari could've wiped out humans if they'd wanted to; and the Shadows would easily kick Dominion butt. ![]() Now a more interesting match would perhaps be to see how Klingons would behave on B5, especially in the compay of Narns. ![]() | |

| Re: Star Trek: Babylon 5 Well, if you want a mix between star trek and b5, there is a parody movie called Star Wreck : In the Pirkinning and its creator has it available on the internet for a free download. Well, the special effects may seem a bit outdated but he worked alone for six years on this so it is acceptable. I liked it |

| Re: Star Trek: Babylon 5 In the Pirkinning is great parody, and as it's a fan-run project everyone basically worked for free. The total budget was less than 20 000 bucks for a feature-length movie, and most of that went on computers. Compare that with an estimated 500 000 bucks per episode for Babylon 5... Obviously the effects can't compare with professional studios today, but they certainly match the level professional TV reached ten years ago, about midway through the B5 filming. Good news though, Universal Pictures is releasing a 2-disc version, with updated special effects. |

| Re: Star Trek: Babylon 5 in any battle i would have thought in the exeption of the vorlons and shadows the startrek universe ships would win they have shield and from what you see they have a hell of alot more ships to fight with earthforce have like 300 destroyers at most +heavy warships federation have like 1000 attackships 900 destroyers and loads of other classes of ships that could fight plus all of there shuttles have similar capabilities to the fighters of babylon 5 |
