Season 3 Summary

Now that Season 3 is on DVD, I tried to rent it from my local Blockbuster branch today. Unfortunately, they had two copies, one was out, the other got broken (How do you break a DVD??) The guy said it was really good! (Get more copies then!) I'll get it from another branch.

Anyway, I saw most of it on Virgin Cable until the plug was pulled on Sky One, but I've forgotten exactly where I got up to. Can anyone help with a little recap?

I saw them try to escape. I saw Jack do the operation on Henry. I can't remember what happened after that. I don't want to be spoiled so difficult to read the threads here, or the back of the DVD box.

RECAP -

Jack was asked to help Ben (the artist formerly known as Henry Gale) by removing the tumour in Ben's back. Jack agreed in exchange for being allowed to leave the island. Juliet tried to warn Jack privately that Ben was not to be trusted and encouraged him to use the operation as an opportunity to kill Ben. Jack does threaten Ben's life during the op, and tells Tom (Mr Friendly) that Juliet asked Jack to kill Ben. Jack is able to get in contact with Kate and tells her to run. When she is safe she is to call him back. Ben's life hangs in the balance, The Others are beginning to distrust Juliet and Kate and Sawyer go on the run again.

Dave - I don't want to say any more incase it spoils your viewing pleasure! If there is anything else you want to know about, I'd be happy to tell you. The season just gets better and better!

Now I just have to rent the DVD set. The other Blockbuster branch has 5 copies - all out on loan. "Its very popular!" say the staff there.

I would buy it, but it's a ridiculous £44, or something in that range!

Too late, I watched the whole Season in a single week! I expect that the flash-forward is what you meant? That did throw me, and now I'm going to have to wait to see Season 4.
