The Literary Lion

So I just finished Desperation, and I'm confused. (The novel was great, however.) Now here's a huge chunck of blank space, just to make sure this doesn't spoint anything for people who haven't read Desperation.

***Spoiler coming up***

****Get ready for it****

Ok, so did Marinville DIE in Nam? And then come back to life? Or was he always dead after Nam, just hanging around somehow until he could kill Tak? I'm just confused as to how he's in two places at once.

Re: The Literary Lion

Ahhhh. Seems like half the books relate back to Dark Tower. I really need to read that. I own it, just haven't read it.
