Not exactly jumping out in front of the car, just jumping down the middle of the road so you can't avoid them.

May I ask what a "roo bar" is? Sounds dangerous....

Sounds tasty. I definitely would try it.

Do you ever get that thing where you feel like you're falling, Mir? I once got that in a dream and it was like my whole body sort of jumped up the air and slammed itself back on the mattress, which made me feel like I'd just hit the ground......that gave me a fright.

Wow, you rolled out of bed? That's not happened to me since I was a kid....................

To be honest... I have NO idea where our meat (or any kind of food) comes from... All I know is, (and not sure how it is in your countries), but I would venture to say that 70% of Americans are overweight... We rarely have home cooked meals, always on the go... Obesity is an epidemic here, sorry to say. And the kids! The kids are 6 feet tall in seventh grade... Because I do know that we pump animals full of steroids to mature them quicker for slaughter, and then we're eating the meat, steroids, etc... ridiculous...

Re: Salutations...

There's no real foolproof way of determining people's sex on here, because if they don't list it in their profile and their name is neutral then you really just have to try and sus it out from the stuff they say. Or, if curiosity gets the better of you, just ask! Most people don't mind divulging that much info, at least........

I have been mistaken for a woman before, for example.

And yeah, I love animals and plants and also rocks and minerals, and stars.....all kinds of stuff..........

Re: Salutations...

Oh yeah I do that. I wake up with my arms stretched out in the air all kinds of things. Sometimes I wake up thinking I'm facing a directions and I'm not and I'm all disoriented about where I am. When I rolled out of bed I thought I was on the other side of the bed and rolled over and fell right out onto the floor banging my head on the way down. Then I have dreams where I wake up brush my teeth and whatever and then realize I'm alseep. When I do that I tend to do it 5 or 6 times in a row before I finally wake for real and then I have to check to make sure I REALLY am awake. I'm odd....

Re: Salutations...

We have a problem with obesity here which is getting worse, although it hasn't grown to quite the American proportion (if you'll forgive the pun?) yet.

But I think we have to be more open about it here now because we've had a number of catastrophes in cattle farming, starting with BSE, and then the foot and mouth outbreaks...........

I'm odd too, Mir, but I don't dream about waking up, at least not that I remember. That's mad....!!

I get those ones all the time, and it sort of feels like your bed is moving to and you wake up with a start.

I have read that some believe that this sensation occurs if you have been astral travelling, it is supposed to be the feeling of your soul reconnecting to your physical body. If you believe that sort of thing that is...

Geoff Roo Bars are a bit stronger though than bull bars I think.

Speaking of Angus I must be off. We are going to that butchers to get the months supply of meat.

Yes yes so I have I. Both on here and in life, when I had long hair.

No, that's not odd, hahahahaha. I was a hostess for Bob Evans (a restaurant over here), and I had to say, "Hi, welcome to Bob Evans... How many?" Over and over and over again.... well, it got so repetitive that one night... I got up out of my bed and walked to my door (I am asleep now, mind you), and I said, "Hi, welcome to Bob Evans... How many?"

Hahahahahahaha, it was hilarious when I woke up and realized what I did!
