Her new husband is an automotive engineer and worked for GM or something. The flat she lived in when she first moved there got a bullet hole from when someone in an adjoining unit topped a drug dealer. Now, as I said, she lives in a trailer park.

Your hospital was in Sicko?? man thats bad. I will have to watch it now.

Sausage sizzles work wonders Seph, no matter what the weather it is always good. some schools even go the whole hog and put a fete on on election day.

A buddy of mine since high school went to Detroit to see the Steelers in the Super Bowl a couple years ago. Said, other than the game, that he's never been more nervous in his life, and bumped up his ticket afterward to get out of there. Never been there myself....or Portland, either, Karn.

It truly is. I would not lie. I was as surprised as you. They talk about it because a woman who worked there her husband took ill...some form of cancer I think...and they wouldn't to anything for him...I don't remember it exactly..been a while since I've seen it. It's truly sickening....you MUST watch it.

Hmm well if you don't like her I don't like her. Sucks for her. Detroit though...I wouldn't drive through that city let alone live there. Chicago was scary enough to me. We were on the bad BAD side.

Portland just blows. But, Grimward, I DO have to say Mt. Hood is really nice scenery. On a clear winter day-yes, we DO occasionally have them-the snowcaps are a nice pale blue and really nice.


But the city itself blows, and while St. Johns is getting better, it was a BAD BAD BAD part of town, back fifteen or so years ago......

EDIT: So I'm told, Karn. On the whole, I think you and the others on the west coast have it better when it comes to natural beauty. Granted, I've only been to Denver (hardly the coast) and San Francisco, so I can't really say for sure, but you have MOUNTAINS within a day's drive, don't you? And don't talk to me about the Appalachians; they're pretty, but they're NOT the Rockies.

Well, I don't feel anything for her really. I used to be really mad because of how she treated dad. Not because she cheated, I understand how that happened, but because when she told dad it was over she abused him when he found a girlfriend and then signed this thing that dad only had to pay her 20k as settlement then tried to get more out of him.

Sausage sizzles go well anywhere, though I suppose the schools over there aren't built like ours, spread out, with great huge undercovered breezeways, so you can bbq and vote in any weather

The Rockies aren't within a day's drive from here, Grim. Mt. Hood is, Mount St. Helens is. About the only real mountain range within any decent distance are the Cascades......
