| Re: The world sex chart I'm surprised that this post hasn't garnered more attention! The issue of the prevalence of unprotected sex doesn't shock me in the least - and there'll come the day, either soon or late, when we'll rue the decision. |

Thus they are far more likly to have unsafe sex, while the problem undeveloped nations often have is aquiring the means for safe sex; But the problem in both is informing and convincing people that there really is a threat. I like this to the fact that sex is viewed as a totally natural process and thus nothing could possibly go wrong. |

| Re: The world sex chart It's still amazing how people can be so reckless and irresponsible to themselves and the others. I saw a report on BBC lately about some holiday makers facing dreadful consequences after the holiday flings abroad:unsafe sex with total strangers (often under alcohol influence) - disease - regrets. For some, there's a hard way to learn a lesson. |

I know many would consider it extreme, but I feel that it is the only solution with a possible success rate - school sex ed just tends to be ignored by most students and even most teachers treat it with a less than attentive hand. Plus most of the govenment videos tend to focus on shock tactics which in this case I feel just make more people feel like not risking sex at all rather than safe sex. And then when they do enter the world of sex the first time fears are removed and the sex education lessons delibratly ignored. |

| Re: The world sex chart ‘And we Brits are pretty virile, averaging around ten sexual partners each’. Ok – 4 partners. This is classic though, the person that writ this needs a medal. “Turkey being an Islamic country, somehow, I don't think Turkish women have 14 partners. Which begs the question, who are all these Turkish men having sex with? Prostitutes? Tourists? Each other? Or do donkeys have a hard time of it?” |
