I've just finished reading Ruby Knight for the 100th time or so on, and I noticed that Belgarath makes a cameo.

It's the bit where they are camping before the party gets to Ghasek, and Sparhawk stands watch when a silvery wolf slinked out of the forest, stared at him, and slunk away again.

I was just wondering if anyone else has seen any cameos of eddings characters in other series by him?

I noticed the wolf in the Ruby Knight, but hadn't equated it to being Belgarath. I'm not sure about cameos, although a lot of Eddings' characters share similar traits. I'll have to keep my eyes open during my next reread.

I remember the wolf, but I never really equated it to Belgarath either.
