Little game of knowledge

Let's play a little game to find out who has better knowledge of "the 5 books". You would need to find 3 references in the books and post citations here. First man or woman who finds all 3 sets new 3 tasks.You also need to post in which book to search. I will start first.

1. In ACOK Bran tells about game Frays play,"Lord of the crossing". I need you to find reference to that game in ASOS and post citation. (to help you I will tell you that that it is in Catelyn chapter)
2. Find where in AFFC is notice to "young storm lord" and post citation.
3. Find to whom in ACOK Arya says I hope I will die (not in that words) (Arya's chapter of course )

I have not the desire to go trawling through the books, which I don't have with me here anyway... Why not have a straight-out trivia thread instead?

I don't have the books on me, so I can't cite references, but I think the answer to 3. is probably Elmar Frey, the squire at Harrenhal. He tells Arya he'll have to marry someone else (now that Robb has married Jeyne Westerling and broken the agreement with the Freys), and unbeknown to her, she's the princess Elmar's referring to, whom he can no longer marry. When Catelyn organised the Frey alliance, Robb was to marry a daughter of Walder, and I think Arya was to marry Elmar, Walder's youngest son?
Arya tells him "I hope your princess dies", just before she leaves Harrenhal.

I remember re-reading it a while ago and thinking it was yet another nice touch from Martin.
