Well its been thirty years today since Elvis died. I was a teenager at the time, so I remember it well. I wouldn't say I was a fan but I did like some of his music. Can honestly say I hated the movies, but I think that was more a case of corney plots and just a cheap way to make money, rather than Elvis himself.
In death he has probably been more of a money spinner than when he was alive.
Are there any Elvis fans out there who remember the King fondly?

I remember the media circus when he died. And that it was the first I'd heard of him in years.
