| bibliophil vs LibraryThing I was wondering what people think of these two websites. I haven't used either one extensively but bibliophil seems better in my opinion (if only because it's completely free). So what's your opinion? Also, are there any other websites like them that might be better? |

| Registered User | Re: bibliophil vs LibraryThing I actually use a different one, Shelfari. I can't say how it compares to the other sites, because I haven't been on either of them, but on Shelfari you can build your 'bookshelf', tag the books under whatever headings you wish, make friend requests and see which books you both have, add opinions and reviews to books, create discussions, join groups. I feel like I hardly take advantage of what the site has to offer, but you could just spend hours going through all the books that you own, your friends' books, adding comments everywhere and etc... |

| Re: bibliophil vs LibraryThing I've never heard of that one but I'll check it out. Always happy to find new sites dedicated to books.EDIT: Wow!... Shelfari is very impressive. I'm gonna try this out for a while. Last edited by E4rlGrey; 22nd July 2007 at 01:21 AM.. |
