I watched that Jon Snow thing a while ago, when Griffith posted his latest effort, and since then I've been trying to figure out where the music comes from. I think it might be X-men 3, but I'm not sure. Does anyone know?

i think it in a beer add on TV maybe carberg/miller. definely in a tv add but no clue of the name

I believe it's the score from the film Requiem for a Dream, composed by Clint Mansell, though it's lately been requisitioned for a number of trailers, notably Sunshine recently.

The trailer that score is best known for, and the one that made the score really famous, is The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers. See Lux Aeterna (Requiem for a Dream - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia).
