| 'what to eat' fan | Re: Hello Have it told you this Leisha? Friend of mine with a bl**dy expensive HP laptop was going to show me how Vista works, and guess what: it didn't. He wanted to play a DVD and Vista kept giving the error message:"No DVD" So he becomes increasingly red in the face, phones a mate, who doesn't know what the problem is either,so he starts saying WTF every third word ![]() and then his laptop gave LOW BATTERY OR SOMETHING like that, and he closed it angrily, and i said to him, holding back a grin :Wonderful, that Vista, wonderful |

| Re: Hello Meowrr and Namaste. Just know that you are doomed. Escape is impossible and you really should not believe anyone who tells you they are quite sane by any accepted standard. In return we offer books, movies, music, cats and possibly chopsticks along with conversations on just about anything and everything along with peanuts, cakes, chocolate and whisky. ![]() As for the basement, please feel free to visit. We're always hungering for visitors. A visit to the attic would be fine so long as you bring a basket of Gorgonzola with you. A visit to the piranha pool would require you to read them a chapter from Moby Dick. Come visit the Tea Room (The Quiet Room) and tell us about your favourite authors, movies, music ... It's always a good idea to bring something intriguing for the cat when visiting. |
