I just wanted to say thanks to Mark for the really good talk he gave to my school today and i really enjoyed it. The part about making goals has made me think if i can apply it to my own school life. Unfortunately I didn't get to do the workshop with you in the afternoon as i was stuck playing cricket I havn't read any of your books but i'm sure to start now

When you've got hold of the books you'll have to come and join our discussions about them too!
I'm sure Mark will be along soon, he has a lot of travelling, writing, and anonymous crime fighting to do.

Hello, Fow. Great to see you here. I must admit it was a pleasure to visit your school yesterday - probably the best lunch I've had in a school since I started out as an author ... and red wine! Any school that serves me red wine with my meal goes straight to the top of my 'must go back to' list!

Aside from the culinary delights, I was most impressed to find such a great bunch of young men who appeared (I hope it wasn't all a big act) attentive, well-mannered and inquisitive. A visiting speaker can't ask for more than that in an audience.

Good luck with your school work and I hope to see you back around here in the near future. This is just my little corner of the vast website that is Chronicles. As you can see by the earlier responses, the locals are quite friendly, so feel free to join in the fun.
