| Meisha Merlin Publishing I know they announced a couple of months back that they were shutting their doors but I wonder if anyone has heard what became of them? Haven't heard a peep since they put up their announcement on their website as to what exactly became of them and their publishing work/rights. |

| Re: Meisha Merlin Publishing I know that a couple of authors(Steve Miller and Sharon Lee) bought out their own books from Meisha and are now distributing them via their own website. I expect that someone will make a pennies on the dollar offer for the existing stock and you will see them start selling them on the web fairly soon. The rights will probably either revert to the authors or be sold to another publisher, depending on the the type of contract each author signed. Other than that I haven't heard any specifics. |
