Woody Allen: Is sex dirty? Only if you do it right.

The big problem with writing is that it's not intrinsically fun to do like playing a sax or slapping on paint or dancing. It is sitting in a chair pushing butons that make little black marks with nothing going for them but symbolic meaning. Wheeeee! And you can't do it with somebody else. And you can't doing it while having sex or in front of applauding fans or when you're really stoned.

So why bother, actually. Hell with it I'm just going to

Writing is an entirely intrinsic art. Writing is just music without sound my friend.

And I've done at least two of the things you listed above, care to guess which ones?
