Tailchaser's Song This week I read Tailchaser's Song by Tad Williams. I thought it was an enjoyable read. It's the first fantasy book I've read involving cats. Anyone else here read it?

Re: Tailchaser's Song I've read it and then went onto the Shadow one. I liked the mad cat in Tailchaser's Song as a truly memorable character. Its worth reading if you like cats as he does depict them well.

Re: Tailchaser's Song Have read it several times. I have a thing for things feline, books included and this book is one of the best. Tad Williams must have been a cat at some point. It's a very well written book.

Re: Tailchaser's Song I felt kind of foolish buying a book about cats. But I have read City of Golden Shadows and I liked that one from him, so when I found Tail. I had to buy it. I actually liked it, of course, I love cats a lot too. His story was very good, if a bit myth-cliche, and the way he brought the cats' into a culture of their own was brilliant. I haven't looked at my cats the same since.
