Re: The person below me

Oh my God, yes! And not just gifts, either. About 7 years ago I put away the Disney annual passes and just found them day before yesterday - in an old file folder - apparently I'd hidden them there, though why, I have no unearthly idea. (you're not the only windy one today)

(ah...you train your cats to do that, too. In my case it's Legolas on my right and Arwen on my left - Arwen being the smarter of the two since I'm left-handed and much more likely to drop food on that side. )

TPBM can never have too many cats.

Re: The person below me

Let me see, I can handle left, right -- in a pinch I could add centre ... I think one more cat and I'll get confused

(Three right now, the two I mentioned and one I found by the side of the road a while ago, which is now almost fully repaired . And we aren't being windy, we're shooting the breeze. Just your marksmanship is a little better than mine )

TPBM was looking forward to a delicious lunch but when they got it it was a bitter disappointment.

(Houmous and French rolls - the French rolls were the mistake )

Re: The person below me

You mean - *insert dramatic pause here* - you actually eat lunch??

Wow...what a concept...

Er...no.

TPBM needs to write the word 'hummus' one hundred times.

It's H-U-M-M-U-S

Re: The person below me

Only if I want to reinforce negative spelling

(I read the box - it said houmous )

TPBM is now going to check the proper spelling and correct me again

Re: The person below me

I checked the box and the dictionary. They both say 'hummus'. You East Ponders seem to have a strange habit of adding unnecessary letters.

TPBM thinks I'm entirely too predictable and a pain in the a**.

YES! I love lame jokes because I'm usually the one making them.

TPBM is very sad that Billy Mays died.

Re: The person below me

Not yet, but I'm workin' on it.

(Billy Mays was a 'pitchman' on infomercials and commercials for products like Oxyclean who had a very dynamic style that made him famous - he was also only 50 years old and died of a heart attack - his home is not far from mine)

TPBM loves to watch infomercials.

EDIT: Oops! Too slow

It's my ambition to grow up to be an infomercial one day ...

TPBM isn't too slow, just speedily challenged.
