| Re: Shout Your Frustrations to the World! (You know you want to.(READ FIRST POST)) @Perpetual - I know the pain. It will pass. No doubt you have the strength to carry on. It sounds terrible with your(?) son and the hospital trip. I trust all is good. |

| Re: Shout Your Frustrations to the World! (You know you want to.(READ FIRST POST)) @ Daisy-Boo - Just having re-read the last bit I wrote, I think I was being quite presumptious. I'm sorry. I know you know who your brother is - you love him dearly, as you should. This is very, very tough. I know I would not look forward to facing up to something like this. The only thing that comes to mind is the question we would all have to ask ourselves confronted by a situation like this: do we want change? Whether your brother is capable of change at this time is not your responsibility. It is, however, his responsibility to honour his debt to you, his sister. Of course, an issue like this can only be considered by an outsider as far as the facts are known to them. This may or may not be the place for that discussion. You may be ready to change the situation the only way available to you. From where I'm sitting, it seems the best option. The best and only option. |

| Comment Giver | Re: Shout Your Frustrations to the World! (You know you want to.(READ FIRST POST)) On what could turn out to be one of the most traumatic days of my life, Perp Jr. decided to wake us at 5.00am, just when the thing Mrs Perp and myself need is sleep. Sigh poor little tyke is probably picking up on our emotional state. Can't go into any details at the moment, but if things go badly today this might well be my last post for a while. Hopefully I'll be back this afternoon in the Happy News thread, otherwise everyone take care: I'll be back. |

Just give Perp Jr, and Mrs Perp lots of cuddles and feel all the good wishes coming towards you from all directions. Hope to catch you later in the Happy thread x |

| Thomas M. Grimes | Re: Shout Your Frustrations to the World! (You know you want to.(READ FIRST POST)) My happy news and shouting my frustrations are one and the same, different facets of the same thing. So, I am shortly flying over to Spain to see my Mum for the last time as she is rapidly consumed by cancer. I will see my Dad, or as close as there is in this world given that Altzheimers has locked him away forever. Disease and decay and entropy, the unpleasantries of a fallen world. |
