The worst: Iron Hand's Daughter

I have recently been entrenched in Gemmell's writing for about the last month, reading about ten of his novels. I just can't get through them quickly enough!

I would have to say that my favorite character, his evil sides withstanding, is the Moidart. I think his dialogue was simply hilarious.

Worst character is a bit tougher. Maybe Rek? He just never seemed to captivate me the way that others from Legend did... Like Druss (obviously), Serbitar, Virae, the leader of the outlaws from Skultic (what was his name?), or even Ulric.

I don't know, maybe he was just too much of a whiner for my tastes...

BEST: I liked Serbitar, Waylander, Jaim Grymauch, and Jarek Mace.

WORST: It is hard but i will say the characters from Dark Moon.

Its a hard one.It would be easy to just say Druss or Jaim but i liked Huntsekker from the Rigante books.

Best - Bane

Worst - The guy from Echoes Of A Great song - I can't recall his name as there are far too many Gemmill characters - I am talking about the mean one who seems a little crazy.

My favorite Characters are Skilgannon, Waylander, and Jaim

My least faverorites are the ones from Winter Warriors, never really got into that book, unlike the others.

I hear that, I must have read that paragraph where he captures the would-be assassins a dozen times.

(Rough translation here, been a about a half year)

Dace/Tarantio has to be the best gemmell character there is more to like/loath in him than in any of the others. I've got mention Finn and Maggrig as well, that brotherly thing is cool.
Worst has to be Jon Shannow. Not that I disliked the novels, its just I see him as the literary equivalent of Keanu Reeves.

Dont know about the best there are so many to choose from but the worst has to be Iron Hands Daughter, I just hated her!

hey. i'm new. i think the best character is kaelin, and also skilgannon. not quite sure why, they just seem to have a sort of strength some of the others don't have, and i fell in love with them! oh, and also jaim.
