Coming up in about a month, in the San Francisco Bay Area:

I'd say that Alan Dean Foster is the marquee name, although naturally there will be many other writers and artists.

For those of you who don't know, this is a very large regional convention. When I learn some of the details of the schedule, I'll post them.
