| looking for mister forums. i'm a veteran of webforums, but recently i decided to branch out and look for places that i have more in common with. (my main hangout has been a pinball emulations site for the past five years but i've lost a lot of my interest in pinball) specifically i'm looking to work on my writing and art, as well as discussing nature, science and history topics. i didn't think there was any one place that would cover these topics adequately, but from the subforums list here this place looks fairly promising. i'm not as deeply into SF as i used to be, but i still hold PKD to be my favorite writer of all time. other SF authors i've really enjoyed have been harry harrison, ray bradbury, william gibson and anton wilson (illuminati chronicles and his metaphysics books). here's some sketches that i've uploaded: ImageShack® - Public page for nicolasb i'll post some writing samples if all goes well. peace! |

Unfortunate that this automatic alarm system should have caught you; but now you've been released from limbo, there's no real damage done, is there? There's no specific region for "nature"; but the rest is fairly well covered. and even if the discussions show a slight tendency to deviate fron their original objects, opinions you will almos certainly get (I add the "almost" as I seem to have an aptitude in striking potential responders dumb; I can't tell if its because they're overwhelmed by my erudiotion, or have merely not understood anything) Anyway, join in, post much, don't get angry when people disagree with you(an argument isn't just saying "no it isn't" to everything I say) This place can be agreat source of inspiration

| Re: looking for mister forums. Hi and welcome aboard, love the nautilus. The link was blocked because it was your first post. It was later allowed because you're not a spammer, always a problem with the forum. |

![]() but yea, i understand how it is. i've gone from posting long, messy posts to posting them pretty clean and to the point. one nice benefit of being part of webforums for years is that it's sort of cleaned up my writing for me.
