Hahaha...not even close! I have only read the ASoIaF series and The Storms of Windhaven with Lisa Tuttle.

I got them off of the site listed at the end of that list.

Re: Bibliography

Well, I'm not especially good at describing books...it was ok, but nothing like the ASoIaF series.

Here is a link to an excerpt...http://66.179.161.24/product/book/excerpt/11066

Re: Bibliography

Well, it was released on limited edition in hardback (you could try ebay or amazon for 2nd hand copies) or a 6-part comic set - which I have. This was released by the Dabel Brothers and I think you can still get them.
It's very good!

Sworn Sword is the second story in the series and was released in a compilation of short stories in a hardback called Legends II which should be available second hand as well.

Happy hunting!

Re: Bibliography

Just a quick note to let people know that on GRRM's official website, he's mentioned that he's planning on changing the last book in the ASoIaF series (provisionally called A Time of Wolves) to A Dream of Spring. He feels this would better "set the tone" of the last novel.

Which leads me to believe there will be an element of 'happily ever after' once all is said and done. I was thinking that the previous title A Time for Wolves left some scope for an broader slightly more melancholy ending to the series.

Well that's my 2c, anyway

The Hedge Knight appeared in Legends - an anthology editted by Robert Silverburg, and The Sworn Sword, the second story in the series appeared in Legends 2. You can still order either book on Amazon. I highly recommend both - besides the GRRM stories, there are stories by Robert Jordan, Terry Goodkind, Anne Mccaffrey, Raymond E. Feist, Ursula K. LeGuin - they are really full of good stories set in each author's universe.

Re: Bibliography

Looking forward to October 2006...

The Ice Dragon - a Novella by GRRM

'The ice dragon was a creature of legend and fear, for no man had ever tamed one. When it flew overhead, it left in its wake desolate cold and frozen land'

Sounds like a great read for GRRM and dragon fans alike...
