I'm so jealous! I would love that book! (I'll have to start looking for a copy myself)

I'm reading 'The Fountain' graphic novel. If you've seen the film, this is worth checking out, as it works as a 'directors cut' of what is an amazing movie.

I read 300 again last night, just to wet my appetite before I go to see the movie next week

After Nadesico, I think I'll start reading Rurouni Kenshin or Cowboy Bebop. Haven't decided yet.

I'm in the middle of a Batman phase. I read Batman Year One by Frank Miller and Arkham Asylum. Now I'm on the look out first some new ones.

Reading a lot of the posts in the anime section helped to make up my mind. Definitely Cowboy Bebop!

It's rather good.

Just read the new Wheadon-penned "Buffy Season 8" out from Darkhorse.

Pretty good. Wheadon apparently intends to work this as if it were an actual continuation of the series. Buffy and the newly-made Slayers are suspected by the military of destroying Sunnydale-they must be terrorists.

I'm not yet reading - but just about to start excitedly reading - any day now once I go get it - the hardback collections of Mark Smylie's indy graphic novel of sorceresses & swordfightin', "Artesia".

Has anyone read all of "Artesia"?

I've picked up Absolute Sandman Volume 1, and it is a joy to behold and a labour to hold.
