Sibling of Thread Killers Anonymous

*with slow, gurgling hiss, followed by a (moderately) loud "BLOOPH", a new thread appears... the fissioned sibling of Thread Killers Anonymous; this new thread is almost identical to the old, save for a tiny difference in size; each now has 6 new rooms, and the new thread begins to extend pseudopods in search of sustenance, humming happily*

Re: Sibling of Thread Killers Anonymous

*Wanders along the corridor in search of places to contribute and glances at the Sibling, then carries on walking. Then stops. And does a double take. Looks over at the TKA thread, and then back to Sibling, at TKA, then at Sibling.*

Great Cthulhu, what the hell! When did that happen?!

*Sigh* Damn.

*Thinks for a moment* Wait...

Twice the killing fun! BANZAI! *Leaps and starts attacking Sibling* Die, Silbing fiend, DIE!

Surely if the Thread-killers thread is not only still going, but has also spawned illegitimate offspring, you're all really bad at thread-killing?

Re: Sibling of Thread Killers Anonymous

She's useless!

We keep on telling her that the more you hurt the TKA thread, the more it grows back. Fission, I think.

She went on a katana-swinging rampage last night, cut gaping holes in TKA... and they healed and formed STKA, too.

Look, I'm trying, all right? I can't help if the damned things keep multiplying.

Re: Sibling of Thread Killers Anonymous

Then you'll have to find some way to kill without it multiplying.

I say flame the katana, and have a fiery hack-n-slash.

Nothing survives fire... unless it's fireproof.

Oh aye.

I'm in a philosophical mood today, it seems.

Re: Sibling of Thread Killers Anonymous

The only way to kill it, is to let it starve to death.
(Says he, feeding it!)

Re: Sibling of Thread Killers Anonymous

But you can only truly starve it if it's locked up and taken away from public eyes.

Ah, young ones, you are ignorant in the ideal thread-killing techniques...

On the other hand, they'd probably get you banned, considering the forum we're on.

Well, it's Hoopy's problem. Nobody supports Elmer Fudd or Wile E. Coyote, but they're good for a laugh.
