rushed down the slope and into the throng...

as she aimed for the leader, and the sword found its' mark...

as black as tar it dampened all sound...

but the black winged stranger took her hand...

a flash of white light; the stranger transformed...

She gasped. The strange being with her was black winged no more...

A great, fiery broadsword he held in his hand.....

Angelic blood in a fountain did spurt.

"A miracle!" she cried, as the cherubs opened fire...
