I know I always look at what each Region offers in the way of features sometimes reg 3 have more extras.

My first dvd player which is a Sony had to be dealt with by a speacialist as im no good at chipping it myself cost me enough to do but once it was done I dont have to press any buttons at all my second one is a cheaper one from Amazon which works just as well
