| Confused by Agent's page Upon further reading, I found conflicting things about what to send to a particular agent I had in mind. On the site that she works for, it states to send the Query letter -- And says a synopsis is fine, but keep it short. But, I clicked her bio on Publishersmarket.com - And she says to send the Query with the first five pages of your work. So I'm rather confused right now. |

| Re: Confused by Agent's page I've not had any experience in this kind of thing, so I don't know what help I can be, but... Could it be that she both works on behalf of the company in the first instance and for herself in the second? As a sideline, say. So that if you were sending it to her via the company, do the first, but if straight to her, the second... Or else I would suggest just sending her a quick, professional email asking her to clarify which you should do. |
