Re: Concerts I'm not really a huge fan of live gigs, I tend to just visit the occasional one. That said, I've been to see Where on Earth, Joe Satriani, Steve, Phatfish, Delirious?, Bottlerokit. And of course, Paul Oakley and Matt Redman at various Soul survivor meetings

Re: Concerts Silverchair and Powderfinger touring together YAY! Of course the chances of anyone actually getting a ticket have just halved. Still I'll be trying to get a few for the Clarmont Oval show in September. Would have been nice to see a second WA gig but its great to see them putting on shows all over the country.

Re: Concerts I saw Damien Rice with my wife a couple of months back. He was incredible. Not a well known artist yet, but watch out for him. Both his albums: "The Story of O" and "9" are awesome. He is going to be big!

Re: Concerts Well I've been trying to get information about the Powderfinger/Silverchair joint tour, yet no luck. And what's worse is I'm going away for the next week. Tickets go on sale in 10 days :S

Re: Concerts It's been a busy couple of months for me with concerts. Saw Roger Waters in May and he was awesome. Meatloaf back in June and I went to The Who last Saterday, who(ha) were brilliant. Tonight I am going to see The Flaming Lips. Saw them last year and they blew my mind away. Happy rocking to everyone.

| Living in Paradise | Re: Concerts There is not to much happening in the up coming concert scene although have read Maj post I would like to see John Butler Trio. My favorite concerts would have been Dire Straits (yes along time ago) Joe Cocker (quite awhile ago) but my standout concerts will be the two I have seen Bruce Springsteen (one many many years ago) the other about 5 yrs ago. The Rising Tour. I would love to see his new Seeger Sessions concert but I doubt that he will bring it here. Please Please Bruce come back....... |
