Yep, sorry! That's who I meant. (Dwndrgn's speculation in post 51--that Mrs. Petrelli might actually be Linderman--got stuck in my head and crossed my circuits. )

Re: Heroes Season I, Part 2

I love this show. My hubby and I TVIO it and watch it while it's own. It's a shame we have to wait until April. I had all of season one on my TVIO before it got sick on me and we had to replace it with a new one. Hiro is my favorite character and I couldn't stand Simone. Sylar needs to be taken down - he's such a power hunger mongeral it isn't funny. Let's hope Peter can take him down.

What girl from Stick It? Guilty pleasure, indeed.

I wanna know what's up with Claire's hair? Are all those long curls (which she manages to maintain even in the midst of--you know) supposed to typify a Texas cheerleader?

Missy Peregrym - the main bad-girl gymnast. Not listed on IMDB yet for heroes but I think she's shape-shifter girl. That was mean w/ she did pretending to be Simone. I had a crush on Simone from episode one. I think she's gonna make my top ten list under Zoe.

Just for fun

Shapeshifting Girl = Main Character from Stick it (waiting for confirmation)
Claire’s Biological Mom = Teacher on Boston Public
Peter = Rocky Balboa’s son in “Rocky Balboa” (need confirmation, haven’t seen it but he does look like sly)
Hiro = the Urine sample guy on Scrubs (also play a bit part in the show Still Standing, his line was “isn’t that your parents?”
Psychic Cop = easy one I know, that guy in Alias and the short lived pilot in Lost
Hero’s Dad = wasn’t he a Jedi in Star Wars (LOL JUST KIDDING)

I also heard Ando was a bartender in Firefly, haven't checked yet.

Hiro was also in the show Yes, Dear as a troop dad who was rather wimpy and had to be rescued by Jimmy.

Matt was the pilot on Lost.

Claire was the voice of Dot in A Bug's Life.

Yep. Missy Peregrym (her real name folks?) plays Candice Wilmer (aka shapeshifting girl) and was in Stick It, too. She played the main character, although I did not recognizer her.

I saw Jack Coleman (Bennett, who apparently does not have a first name) in an ep of Special Unit 2 the other day.

Did the actor who plays Peter also play Rori's boyfriend on Gilmore Girls?

Re: Heroes Season I, Part 2

What are your thoughts on Claire? I think she's matured a lot but she needs to learn how to see how her powers work. We've seen she can be shot and rise from the dead. She can jump off a large grain silo and not break any bones. We've seen her run into a fire in order to save someone's life and not get burned. We've seen her thrown to the ground and supposidly die because of a tree branch that goes through her head. Am I missing any? She's pretty much like Wolverine in my opinion but isn't a loner like him, instead she wants to keep her family safe, she has questions about her past, and we clearly see that she needs security. Anyone?

Just checked, he played Jess on the Gilmore girls for 39 episodes. Good catch. I didn't remember him.

Re: Heroes Season I, Part 2

I'm wondering what would happen if Claire had a body part completely removed. Would she grow it back?

Peter has Claire's powers, but he is scarred in a future ep. - certainly he can't suffer injuries more substantial than Calire has to date.

I think she might. Remember when she ground up her hand in the sink incinerator? Weren't her fingers pretty much gone? And when her hand grew back, it started as a tiny kid-sized hand?

Re: Heroes Season I, Part 2

Then the big gruesome regeneration question is: If you chopped off Clair's head would A) The body grow another yead or b) the head grow another body. sometimes I wish I wasn't imaginative. . .

If it were a part that a person could live without, yes. But about decapitation and being cut roughly in half, which are fatal, remember what happened when she got spiked in the head. She remained dead until the coroner removed the thing from her head, and THEN the healing could begin. What would fit the pattern if she got too badly severed is that she'd be dead and stay that way unless and until somebody put the parts together in the right orientation, and then they could reconnect.

With him, it's not automatic. He has to think about it in order to use it. So maybe an injury he doesn't heal right at first forms a scar, and then can't be fixed later because the scar is not an injury anymore. Or he could fix it but hasn't yet by the time you're talking about.
