Vorlon society: no internal conflict?

While B5 was one of the best science fiction shows in a long time, there was one thing I was always disappointed with: the lack of the inner functions or society structure of the Vorlons, much less the Shadows. During the course of the series, it was necessary for Straczynski to maintain the mystery of the Vorlons and Shadows, but once the Vorlon/Shadow war storyline was finished, I was hoping to get a glimpse of how their society worked. Even getting a brief look into how their starships appeared from the inside would have suffice, but alas, it never happened. But what left me wanting more than anything else was how did the Vorlons interacted with one another? To be honest, I think we all knew a bit more about the Shadows than the Vorlons considering that their philosophy is about conflict, war, and domination. In that aspect, we could easily relate to the Shadows, but what about the Vorlons? The only thing we knew about their philosophy was discipline, order, and obedience. Apparently, they came across as being enlightened beings with a superior complex attitude. But if they are indeed an enlightened people and don't follow the conflict and warmonger philosophy of the Shadows, does this mean that the Vorlons evolved up to the point where they have no internal conflict among themselves, much akin to the vision that Gene Roddenberry had for humans in Star Trek? Let the debate begin!

Even if there is no conflict, there are differences of opinions. The two Koshs have diferent point of views regarding the "lower" races.

I had the impression the vorlons "share" pieces of themselves. This would some plot lines.

Since the Vorlon home world was still protected even after they left, maybe thats why JMS chose not to show more about them. The human race was not supposed to be able to learn the vorlon's secrets until they grew and matured more.
And as for "sharing" pieces of themselves. Kosh shares himself with Lita and Sheriden. He also leaves a piece of himself with Sheriden.

I thought the series made it clear that the Vorlon's(other than Kosh) were no more enlightened or morally right than the Shadows.

A good question. One can only hope for some enlightenment in the Lost Tales.
