In case any of you didn't know, there are some handy annotations, quotes, and general info on Terry's books at The Annotated Pratchett File v9.0 - Index

Its not exactly up to date, but particularly for the older ones, it might point out some jokes or references you may have missed. I missed loads myself, I had to go and re-read them all
