I must admit that I'm really looking forward to this one. I love my Terry fix on a regular basis and I've been missing having a new book out.

Re: Making Money - the next discworld

According to Amazon, Making Money will be released September 18th. Amazon mostly gets it right.

However, I have a long trip to go, only halfway Wyrd Sisters at the moment.

That said, I love this rumor-y gossip threads about Pratchett, make some more. Now.

Re: Making Money - the next discworld

Wait, I just checked the official Pratchett site, and it is September 18th:

Quote:
The return of Moist von Lipwig. The new book from Terry Pratchet, Making Money, will be available on September 18, 2007!
TerryPratchettBooks.com

On the site there's also a 'blurb' and an excerpt to read...

Low on cash? If you're believing the novel's title that oughtn't be a problem

On the site MoistMakesMoney.com there's a challenge to define the Discworld in less than ten words. Vote for Mark!

Re: Making Money - the next discworld

Tomorrow is the day, according to Amazon (I bet bookstores all over the UK already started selling):
Amazon.co.uk: Making Money: Books: Terry Pratchett

I can wait for the pb peacefully.

Re: Making Money - the next discworld

I'm going to die!

I just bought the limited edition that teased me from the shelf from Waterstones and the normal hard back (with limited edition bank notes in it) But it cost me forty quid and likley my life if my wife finds out!
