Re: books

Well...they are written for children, despite the ability to buy them with "aduly" covers...

Re: books

I have to diagree especially with the higher books... while the first two are more childish the later ones I did not find to be childish at all

I really enjoyed them

Re: books

They definitely appeal to a wide audience, but they are certaintly predominantly a children's book...even if they are getting darker as each one progresses!

Started off as kids book... gradually as the series went on, the books because darker....

That's one of the thinks that's still making me question the possibility if Harry's going to die or not at the end of the 7th book. If I believed it to be kids' book, then he;s definately survive, but I'm not sure if I believe that.

Re: books

I enjoy these books while I do admit that Goblet of Fire and Halfblood Prince are darker they are still enjoyable. Sure some of the things aren't meant for children e.g. someone's death in a certain book and etc. Above all it's whether you enjoy them or not. If you don't like them then that's your opinion.

Re: books

They are great books and are one of my favourites. They get darker as the story progresses, maybe you should continue the series. You never know, you might like it.
