Jaqen may have unspecified magical abilities but in a straight up fight, a Robert Baratheon in his prime would mash him into a paste.

All you'd need to do is tell Robert that Jaqen also slept with Lyanna, and he'd mash him into the ground. I got the impression that one of the reasons Robert was victorious was because of his burning rage - his passion propelled him to victory over a formidable foe.
