I voted for Willow originally, but I'm re-watching the whole series atm, and I like Buffy and Anya more this time around and Willow less.

? Okay, I'll post mine, then, for second-hottest Buffy girl. Her personality wasn't sexy, but her face and body sure were. However, my vote for hottest goes to Faith, whom I consider to be the sexiest female character to ever appear on Buffy

Personally i think Eliza Dushku is one of the hottest females EVA! so my vote definately goes to faith (tho she was hotter in bring it on)... Points to Willow too, very attractive

Darla is beautiful and sexy, Dawn is really cute and without a doubt early Cordiellia before her age began to tell. Wasn't she 31/32 in Angel? She was meant to be playing a 20 year old lol.

I thought Tara was kind of cute. But Faith, or Willow when she really got into the witchcraft gig.
