and yes those repetative sentences are boring - I learnt over about a year or two at school = activity = once a week for around 45mins - that way the learning builds and the boring sentences did not drive you mad - its the best way to learn

Oh, LOL! I never used to be good at holding conversations with strangers, but then I worked in a shop where I had to "smal talk" with the customers and shout out things if it got too busy, etc...

And then I met Pyan, and I thought it'd be so awkward - but it wasn't! We chatted about this place and its people, and things that had gone on before I arrived, and his holiday, and loads of stuff! And I had a jacket potato with cheese... mmmmm......

Actually, Py's so different to what I expected (and yes, "green" was one of the things I imagined ). And he's funny and warm. I even hugged him - twice! I never thought I'd hug a "stranger".
