Michoel Tod - anyone read God's Elephants?

I met this chap at one of his book signings quite by accident and bought a book called Dolphinsong from him. I thought is was rather good and unusual. I also know he's written one called the Dorset Squirrels, which I haven't read. I must have someone got on his mailing list now as his publishers have sent me details of his new book - God's Elephants. Was wondering if anyone has heard of this or read it.

Sorry this should read Michael Tod. I have no idea if it is possible to edit titles.
