Can anyone remember the episode where the aliens came down and they want to take all the black people darker then a brown paper bag in exchange for technology. Please I need it for my SOCL-141 class would be a big help. I am pretty sure its ether Twilight zone our Outer Limits.

I'll look up some sites for you for both The Twilight Zone, The New Twilight Zone, and the two series of Outer Limits.... though I don't recall anything from the originals of either TZ or OL that fit this description...
