Out of interest, how much did you pay for your copy of the book? Sorry all the prices are in pound sterling, I will try find a link to a currency converter if anybdy wants one

My wife got it for £11 from WHSmith, then saw it an hour later at Sainsburys for £8.95.

I'm waiting in the line to read it.

Yes, I think $20 is currently worth about £11.11.

So, can anybody beat £7.00 from ASDA (part of WalMart now) or the £5.00 (trunks can't remember where)?

Mine was about 7/8 pounds from Tesco - not bad really! I don't think many people pay the full retail price anymore because shops can't afford not to be competitive any more.
