For those blessed with access to BBC3 there is a documentary, Doctor Who Confidential, that is shown immediately after the Sunday repeat, which goes into the how and why of creating the series. A good number of them are actually interesting, including this week's about the Daleks.

For those not blessed with BBC3 it gets better, you can still watch the programmes courtesy of the Internet from http://www.bbc.co.uk/doctorwho/confidential/index.shtml
